2. Hindus are so tolerant that they simply tolerate any act against them. We are too frivolous too because of which we don’t bother about what is being done.

   India is a ’secular’ country for namesake. Secularism here means appeasing minorities and hurting Hindus.

Kashmir is not part of india.for clearing your doubts you can see article 370,which is self explanatory & answers to every body’s question.Also one can also see UN resolutions on kashmir.Regarding india is a secular & democratic country that can be clearly observed from Gujrat RIOTS,in which thousands of muslims were martyred & thousands of our sisters were raped.thousands of our sikh brothers were killed in Hindu-sikh riots.thousands of christans were being killed by hindu terrorists.in sri lanka ,LTTE Worlds leading terrorist organisation who are killing thousands of innocents are hindu terrorists.the list is long enough.moreover people talking about hajj subsidy should know about the survival of india on thrown bread pieces of west & gulf countries i.e MUSLIMS.

10. Facilities @ Amarnath vs Haj

    The unfortunate events in Jammu & Kashmir regarding the transfer of land by the government to Shri Amarnath Shrine Board call for each one’s urgent attention and involvement.

    What began as a simple effort to facilitate Amarnath pilgrims has suddenly developed communal and political overtones. This is appalling when compared to the facilities offered to the Haj and the Vaishno Devi pilgrims.

    In an attempt to bring this to the attention of every responsible citizen of India, we would like you to have the benefit of some facts stated below.

    In keeping with public policy statements, the Government of India makes elaborate arrangements for the welfare of Haj pilgrims and strives to improve the facilities provided to them every year. That is how it should be. The Government of India, and the ministry of external affairs in particular, deserves credit for providing perhaps the best arrangements that any government makes for their Haj pilgrims.

    For eg: As reported in a newspaper article, here are the facts about the facilities provided to Haj pilgrims.

    1. To begin with, the government provides an airfare subsidy to about 100,000 pilgrims selected by the Haj Committee of India who go for Haj annually. Pilgrims pay only Rs 12,000 for their air travel. This figure has remained unchanged for at least a decade or more. According to official figures, this subsidy was Rs 280 crores in 2006, or about Rs 28,000 per pilgrim. Today, with rising fuel prices, this figure would have gone up to Rs 350-400 crore. There is also a seperate Haj Terminal at Delhi International Airport.

    2. There is a separate Haj cell in the ministry of external affairs. The Haj Committee of India has its own premises in Mumbai. Similarly the State Haj Committees have their own premises in various other Indian cities. These facilities have been built on land provided by the state governments.

    3. Accommodation in Mecca and Medina is decided keeping in mind the need to provide maximum convenience and comfort to the pilgrims. Typically, all accommodation has lifts, telephones, running water, electricity and telephone at the minimum. There is total computerisation of pilgrim location and movement.

    4. For Haj 2007, a contingent of 115 doctors (including 63 specialists with post-graduate degrees) and 141 nurses and other para-medical staff, 3 coordinators, 46 assistant Haj officers, 165 Haj assistants and 186 Khadimul Hujjaj were sent from India on short-term deputation to Saudi Arabia. Special attention is given to medical facilities for the pilgrims.

    5. Some of the facilities provided by the government are: arrangements for polio, meningitis and influenza vaccinations for pilgrims before departure; a 75-bed hospital and 12 branch offices-cum-dispensaries in Mecca; a 15-bed hospital and 6 branch offices-cum-dispensaries in Medina; three medical teams at Jeddah airport to provide medical care round the clock to Haj pilgrims; 17 ambulances in Mecca and Medina; supply of medicines, medical supplies and critical medical equipment from India. All this adds up to the total money spent by the government to facilitate a hassle-free Haj pilgrimage each year for tens of thousands of Muslims from India.

    What is due to one community by logic and fair practice is due to another. And yet in a discriminatory treatment lakhs of pilgrims who have been going to Amarnath for years have been denied basic human facilities. The question is what took them so long to consider these facilities and not whether or not they should be provided.

    There isn’t any adequate medical and sanitary facilities for the pilgrims of Amarnath Shrine. As the agitation continues, it has been reported that a water bottle costing Rs 14 was sold at Rs 70. And a khacchar or a pony that took pilgrims at the cost of Rs 1,500 charged an abominable Rs 10,000. Compare this with the subsidies for Haj Pilgrims. Buses of pilgrims were also stoned by unruly elements.

    The whole agitation was started by the Peoples Democratic Party on the absurd presumption that providing these basic facilities to the travelling pilgrims will result in a changed “eco-cultural character” of the state. Does this imply that Kashmir only has a “Muslim” character?

    Kashmir originally and lawfully belongs to both Hindus and Muslims. Nevertheless, 4,00,000 Kashmiri Pandits were driven out of Kashmir and are living as refugees and now even the very thought of Hindus settling in Kashmir is creating such violent repercussions. Is this a sign of a secular, healthy, fair society?

    Even if we were to presume that it has a Muslim character, how can travelling pilgrims possibly change eco-cultural character of a place. Can there be a likelihood of someone settling down at the height of 13,500 ft? There can not be any possibility of Hindus settling down in the proposed land.

    It is ironical that though the Hindus are being denied basic hospitable facilities to enable their pilgrimage, the temporary, pre-fabricated shelters built by the Amarnath Shrine Board were dismantled and sent for emergency relief operations during the earthquake in Kashmir in October 2005. “About 60-70 pre-fab shelters were sent to Uri and Tangdhar, where they housed thousands,” a senior Government official is reported to have said. “The Amarnath Board also sent pre-fab toilets. There was no objection from any political party at that point.”

    For centuries pilgrims have been making the arduous trip to Amarnath cave without any benefit from the state. They have to depend to private philanthropy for food, accommodation and other facilities. It is shameful that people have lived in torn taurpaulin tents. But a caring State in independent India can and should do more.

12. I think what is happening in Amarnath is years of history of Hindu People. What we are habituated with is mercy, tolerence and entirely depends on thee God. I am not opposing to thee God and I am devotee as well. But remember God help those who help themselves. If we want to stop this kind of incidents happens before why we can run the petiotion and possibly court action law and also start making pilgrim place on the land earlier granted. As I can see all the bloggers onlilne atlest agreed on this why we can’t start some thing more constuctive in the face of getting it on permenant basis.     As we are against terrorism in the world for the ultimate survival of our society, I’m offering viewpoints to win the battle against Islam’s goal of world domination, which is stated in their writings.

    Muhammed and his sayings, found in the Koran, Hadiths, Sunnahs and Surahs, are the root of Muslim terrorism.

    With truth and reality, we must discredit the founder of Islam, his sayings and the belief system that spawns this terrorism.

    Let the world know that Muhammed, while in Medina, organized raids on camel trains hauling trade goods, and received twenty percent (20%) of the ill gotten loot. The spiritual mechanics of functioning as a Prophet does not mix with being a thief and killing for wealth.

    Let the world know that Muhammed betrothed a six year old (6) child , in her ninth year (9) consummated their marriage sexually. He was in his fifties (50’s) at the time. The inner development of a Prophet does not function with paedophilia. Muhammed was a Paedophile. He claimed that Aisha was his only wife that caused him to experience revelations while under the blanket with her. Muhammeds counsel to others and actions, legitimized paedophilia through Islams ideology. What was the source of Muhammeds revelations as a Paedophile? All this is stated in th Hadiths and Surahs.

    On returning to Medina after taking Mecca, he attacked one of the Jewish tribes, the Qurraysa. After 28 days of siege, the Jews capitulated. Muhammed immediately ignored the terms agreed upon as part of their surrender. He ordered and watched as all males from puberty on were beheaded in a trench. Their families were made to watch this slaughter of the male children and men. Some of the women became hysterical while watching the beheading of their husbands and sons and were also beheaded. During the slaughter, Muhammed spotted a beautiful Jewish girl and selected her for his sex slave. Her name was Rayhannah. She had to watch while her mother and sister were raped. Her sister was traded as a slave for arms which is stated in both the Hadiths and the Surahs. There were three tribal groups of Jewish origin and belief in Medina at that time. Those that weren’t killed or sold into slavery were forced out into the desert to die.
    These atrocities are the actions of a demonic fiend not a Prophet.

    Muhammed also encouraged and rewarded many assassinations in his lifetime. Murder is not an activity of a Prophet.

    The fantasy paradise that Muhammed developed to entice the itinerant, uneducated Arabs to Islam is a personal bordello. This paradise in the hereafter shows a sexual fixation and addiction in the spirit of Muhammed. This is not the development of a spiritual Prophet. This demonic personality is no doubt the most successful con man ever. Muhammed has been more successful than Hitler and the Nazi movement in longevity, size of his organization and hatred of the Jews.

    Compare Muhammed to all former Prophets and founders of great religious movements, East and West, and it easily shows us how debased he was. His organization was developed by tacking spiritual words to robbery, killing, conversions by the sword and terrorism with Fatwas which are all fiendish acts. This activity by his followers is presently seen on television clips with kidnapped, innocent people being beheaded in praise of Allah.

    Last but not least, Allah was one of over two hundred and fifty (250) idols in the Ka’aba. After taking Mecca, Muhammed destroyed all other tribal idols except for the Quraysh tribe’s idol and pronounced Allah the one and only God.

    I believe that, in warfare against terrorism, we must attack the heart and not just the tentacles of Islam with truth. We must not let this perversion of religion spawn numberless adherents to Muhammed’s words to expand their terrorism. We must confront terrorism head on.

    When combating Evil remember: Appeasement is like feeding a steak to a tiger in the hope that it will eventually become a vegetarian.

19. In my opinion this is only the political stunt played by pdp and Nc in kashmir and BJP in jammu. Basically in jammu BJP tried to made it a communal agenda so that people should raise their voice over the whole india. In my sense to understand the whole plea of SASB kand we should have to see the history of kashmir and also the see the rulers of kashmir and also see that how have led the land reforms in j & K. Now sangarsh samiti has made it the matter of victory or defeat. looking upon the decision today, what has happed only the same decision has been taken by the government, I think they can also take this decision before this worse agitation.
    this was totally a political stunt. And about the discrimination, in my opinion if there is no so called discrimination in jammu then it will not solve the problem of Unemployment, poverty, inflation and crrouption.

30. That was not the protest for amarnath pilgrims it was for the blockade of commodities and due to political affairs they called it amarnath controversies. People which you can see are protesting to get the food for their children and all the medicines for patients who died in hospitals and home because of hindu’s blocked the highways and burt the muslims drivers alive.
    but still we saying we are indians and we proud to be an indian.
    now who is more patient. dont believe on media see yourself what is going on kashmir.
