When he struck a rock and it brought forth water, he thought, ‘What a good opportunity to have a bath.’
He removed his clothes, put them aside on the rock and entered the water.

The Pakistani representative jumped up furiously and shouted, ‘What are you talking about? The Pakistanis weren’t there then.’

In the later case you can’t run about searching for witnesses and other evidence against thousands of rioters. Such being the case a Muslim layman reading your write up will certainly feel severe sense of discrimination. Further you talk about Sabana Azmi and Javed Akthar.. Who are they?? How did they become celebrities?? The entire population of this country irrespective of their religion have patronized their work and they have benefited out of it.So if a house owner has made a wrong statement is it right give it wide publicity? Then we have to question the intention behind making such public noise. Why don’t you highlight the constitutional advantages being enjoyed by the Muslim Community under the minority status? You talk about the percentage of jail inmates. Why don’t you advocate trial of criminals under Shari_at if the accused person is a Muslim? There everyone wants to enjoy the escape route available in the Indian Penal Code and the Evidence Acts. But for personal civil law the Muslims retain the Shari_at and can marry four times and produce as many children and don’t bother about their education and upbringing, allow them to grow up in ghettos which are nurseries for anti social elements. Then you cry loud about low percentage of employment and high percentage of jail inmates. What an irony dear Mohammed come forward….Educate the masses to live in harmony and mutual trust……This is the country of all religions. But shed the double face and adapt everything equally and with honesty.

Bobby, London, England, says: Muslims are blaming others for the failure of the Muslim community to be tough on terrorists. What they forget is in each of these instances who started the conflicts? Muslims start the conflict and then when faced with the wrath of the victims who are not Muslim, they cry foul. Do they expect non-Muslims to tolerate their relatives being killed and sit quietly? Times have changed Hindus will fight back now, we will not be doormats. If Muslims want to live in peace they need to weed out the terrorist element in their own community. Stop blaming others for your problems. This terrorist element is also very present here in England and through out Europe. The basic problem I have seen with the Muslim community is most of them have no respect for people of other faiths. They feel they are superior to others and want to convert others. They need to learn respect for other religions. Muslims are discriminated in India? Please they have it good in India, look at Bollywood, look at Wipro(Muslim owner) look at the Kalam, president of India. Do you think this is possible in Pakistan or Bangladesh for a non-Muslim? A secular country means everyone is free to practice their religion, but that does NOT mean special privileges. In India Muslims are given privileges such as Haj subsidy and Christians Israel subsidy which is an insult to the Hindu community, which gets nothing though they make up over 85% of the tax base. I say no government subsidies for any religion.

Interesting but what about Kashmiri pandits who preferred to flee from their motherland in the wake of threat to their life at the hands of gun-wielding terrorists, doning the religious cover while Kashmiri Sikh remained there and did not abandon their homeland notwithstanding the Chattisinghpora (Anannag) tragedy in which more than 40 innocent Sikhs were murdered by the terrorits and mercenaries, claiming to be adherants to Islam religion.
