Kashmiri Pandits hand over memorandum to Ban Ki-Moon at United Nations Office in New York

On September 26th, 2008 scores of Kashmiri Hindus demonstarted outside the United Nations Office in New York [USA].

Some of the demands of Kashmiri Pandits to the UN were :

• Declare Kashmiri Hindu community as Internally Displaced People (IDP). The Human Rights Working Group on Minorities in Geneva has since recognized Kashmiri Hindus, formally, as a Reverse Minority. The use of the insulting term ‘Migrants’ for this forcibly exiled community may be removed from all records and communications relating to us hence forth.
• Direct the Government of India to set up a ‘Commission of Enquiry’ to establish the causes that led to the selective and targeted killings of Kashmiri Hindus and their subsequent forced exile, and appropriate the responsibility and punish the guilty.
•  Direct the Government of India to ensure adequate protection to the residual Kashmiri Hindu population currently living in the Kashmir valley.
• Direct the Government of India to restore Kashmiri Hindus’ political and economic rights that would give them equal status rather than a second class citizenship in their native land of Kashmir. Share of Kashmiri Hindu jobs in government bureaucracy, placement in state supported professional educational institutes and the representation in the state assembly has steadily diminished to virtually nothing in the last two decades.
•  Grant funds to Kashmiri Hindus for the preservation and documentation of relics of Kashmiri Hindu heritage and culture.
• Direct the Government of India to hand over the management of Kashmiri Hindu religious shrines, icons and cultural centers to Kashmiri Hindu leadership.

 

It is further requested that the United Nations Human Rights Commission may put on record these Human Rights Violations by Pakistan and its agents, and Pakistan be declared a terrorist state.

4. I wonder what do these pandits think. They will ask UN to punish Kashmiri muslims and sametime wish to come back to the valley to live along side muslims.
   Idiots think that India can create a homeland for them inside the valley. They couldnt give 40 acres of land to shrine board and these pandits dream to have half of kashmir as homeland surrounded by kashmiri muslims.How long can indian forces protect them there…IDIOTS

11. It’s good to see these demonstrations. These can be treated as good starting point. But the ground realities won’t change until Pandit prepare themselves to give or take (e.g., Parliament attack) ultimate sacrifice. You have to do something big to force the deaf Govt ears listen.

    The least citizens living far away can do is raise their kids as Lions and not sheep. Pray for your off springs successful life and preach them what our Dharma is and what injustice their parents bore.

    Dear Dr. Manmohan Singh,

    The blasts in Delhi (September 12, 2008) are another in the series of tragic blasts in which scores of people have been killed. We strongly condemn the blasts and demand a proper, unbiased investigation into the same. We demand that the guilty be punished. At the same time it seems that our investigating agencies are ignoring some thing very crucial in the matters of investigating the acts of terror.

    The acts of terror have been occurring and Home Ministry is watching helplessly. While the current investigation is totally focused around SIMI, many an alleged culprits have been put behind the bars, despite which now some unknown entity Indian Mujahideen seems to have been projected as being responsible for the current ones. At the same time another stark truth is being deliberately sidelined and undermined. And that relates to the blasts done by Bajrang Dal and Hindu Jagran Samiti. We fail to understand as to why the investigation authorities are turning a blind eye to some of the well established facts.

    1. In a serious case of blasts in Nanded in April 2006 two Bajarang Dal workers died when making bombs. Similar incidents of bomb blasts were witnessed in many places around that time, Parabhani, Jalna and Aurangabad in Maharashtra. Most of these were in front of the mosques. The Nanded investigation ’leads’ were not followed. On the contrary the investigation in that direction was not pursued at all. The attitude of police in this investigation has been totally lax. Social activists made the complaint about this to Human Rights commission. The commission summoned the Superintendent of police, Nanded, in its hearing held on 17th June. The SP failed to turn up for hearing! There seems to be a deliberate cover up of this important finding of Maharashtra Anti terrorist Squad. ATS did investigate the links of the dead with Bajrang Dal, an RSS affiliate. At the same time the injured were visited in the hospital by the top brass of local BJP and associates. Local BJP MP told the police not to harass those related to the culprits in the wake of the Bajrang Dal involvement in the bomb making. In Nanded, ATS also found fake moustache and pajama kurta, the idea being that the culprits will dress like a Muslim while doing these black deeds.

    2. A bomb blast took place at the RSS office at Tenkasi, in the Tirunelveli District of Tamil Nadu on January 24. After a thorough investigation, the Tamilnadu Police had arrested 7 persons belonging to Sangh Parivar outfits. They had confessed that they indulged in this terror act to instigate the local Hindu population against the Muslims.

    On further investigation, the Tamilnadu Police arrested Siva Alias Sivanandam, who is the General Secretary of Hindu Munnani at Kadayanallur, a neighbouring town of Tenkasi. Formed in 1980, Hindu Munnani is a frontal organisation of Sangh Parivar operating in Tamilnadu.

    Siva, who has earlier worked in quarries in the neighboring state of Kerala had supplied the ammonium nitrate and other raw materials for preparing the bombs.

    3. The bombs which exploded in Gadkari Rangayatan on 4th June 2008 injured seven people. Again Maharashtra Anti Terrorist Squad succeeded in nabbing the culprits. The culprits were part of Hindu Janjagaran Samiti (HJS), an outfit of Sanatana Ashram in Panvel. These culprits were also involved in other blasts, in Vashi, Panvel and Ratnagiri. We have not heard anything about the further tracing of this very important lead.

    4. On 24th August, in Kanpur two Bajrang Dal workers died while making bombs. Rajiv alias Piyush Mishra and Bhupinder Singh were killed while making crude bombs on Sunday afternoon.

    On 25th August, Monday, police recovered some crude hand grenades, lead oxide, red lead, potassium nitrate, bomb pins, timers and batteries from the spot, inside a hostel in Kalyanpur area of Kanpur, about 80 km from Lucknow. No further investigation, why?

    Every time there is a bomb blast immediately the agencies and the media declare that it is done by some Muslim organization without any proof. Hundreds of innocent young boys are picked up, what follows are illegal detentions, torture, arrests, harassment of families, forcing the families and victims to sign blank papers. For years these helpless victims are tortured in jails, denied legal aid, even lawyers who try and fight their cases are attacked openly in courts. Their images tarnished for life time. If they are lucky they get let off after years as neither the agencies or the police have any proof against them. The cacophony of stricter laws rises so that a police can extract a confession by third degree torture and present that as evidence. Through this systematic vilification campaign the process of demonization of minorities continued unabated.

    If we look at the timing of the terror attacks it is very clear that one and only one political outfit is gaining from it and that is Sangh. With their eyes on the central government their agenda of polarizing the voter is going ahead successfully.

    On the other hand there are constant attacks on minorities on one pretext or another. Orissa thousands of Christians have been attacked, rendered homeless, their homes ransacked and looted and burnt down, churches attacked and even orphanages are not left alone.

    Karnataka a similar picture is emerging. We have personally briefed very senior people in the government and the Congress party about the Karnataka situation and that it might explode but nothing was done and we have seen what has happened yesterday.

    While we write to you now, the police are firing at Muslims in Yakutpura in Vadodara. Yesterday during the Ganpati procession a local dargah was broken down and shops of Muslims looted and ransacked. Already one boy has died and many are injured.

    Last few days the only Muslim village Nandepeda in the Dangs, Gujarat has been attacked, ransacked. Villagers have been beaten up brutally including women and children. All men have fled to the jungles. The police not only took away all the goods but before going they poured kerosene into the eatable good so that they could not eat anything too. A proposed VHP rally today was stopped after spending 4 hours on the phone and pressuring various police departments.

    UPA had formed the National Integration Council under tremendous pressure. The first agenda papers which were prepared, if you remember, were highly communal and objectionable. A number of us had raised it during the meeting and the Home Minister had replied’ treat them as scrap’ in your presence. Probably the Home Minister realized that people like us were too uncomfortable to have in the NIC, who would raise these questions. The NIC was never convened again. It was supposed to meet every six months.

    The country unfortunately has been given on a platter to the Sangh and the government looks helplessly in providing security to ordinary citizens whether they are victims of terror attacks or victims of the constant attacks by the Sangh Parivar’s various outfits.

    We hope you will intervene and question why are such clear cases of involvement of RSS affiliates in terror attacks being ignored. It seems the investigating authorities deliberately want to cover up the role of RSS affiliates in these acts of terror. Can the real truth behind the dastardly acts come out without properly investigating these incidents, where the culprits’ involvement is very clear? We urge upon you to instruct the investigating authorities to pursue the investigation in an unbiased, honest and professional manner. The life of innocent citizens is at stake and such irresponsible cover will definitely prevent the real truth from coming out. For the sake of fairness, honesty and the values of our constitution, we need to pursue these cases in their logical direction.

    Can we look forward to you, Mr. Prime Minister to make your Government to rise above partisan attitude and unravel the truth behind the blasts which are rocking the country in a painful way?

The profiteers of global arms and security equipment trade established plenty of propogonda machines in India, which sweet named as conflict research institutes. In fact, India’s terror mafia is a complex structure which work beyond party politics. It includes right wing media houses, well paid think tanks, corrupt politicians, industrial bigwigs, high profile security officials, intelligence wing officers, and hindutva lobbying groups. Anytime, they can manipulate explosions in areas of tribals, dalits or minorities. The real culprits will be rescued from punishment as the investigation is more focused on news value of the ‘Terror’. Every terror attempts help the security and arms trade industry than its victims. It ends up in more arms trade and creation of draconian laws. The creation of ‘National Security Advisor of India’ was a pre planned strategy by global arms industry. By creating such a portfolio, Hindutva zealots hacked democratic controle over Indias national security. The ministers became remotely controlled robots in the hands of corrupt security apparatus. According to Hindutva, security of borders is more important than its citizens. Incidentally India has bought military hardware and software from Israel worth over $7 billion since the 1991 Kargil conflict. The Defence Offset Facilitation Agency estimating the expenditure on the sector at USD 100 billion for next five years. Sooner or later, 25,000 strong democratic institutions in India will be collapsed and the country will be transformed to a limited democracy under the rule of corrupted security regime like Turkey or Israel.

    Recently I had the privilege to hear Mr. Ajit Sahi, the Editor-at-large of Tehelka, speak on the ‘Myth Of Terrorist Organisations—-SIMI fictions’.

    His painstakingly collected and carefully analyzed information speaks of scores of innocent Indian Muslims languishing in the countries’ prisons on false police accusations. He feels that it is a premeditated government campaign to implicate and harass Muslim youth and demonise the Muslim community—-all in the name of curbing terrorist activities. His findings indicate that in not a single case has it so far been conclusive that SIMI ( students’ Islamic movement of India ) activists were involved in terrorist offences. Police have killed scores of innocent persons during the last several years, wrongly branding them as terrorists, whereas the the real culprits remain untouched. All this has helped to reinforce hatred against the Muslims who no longer feel safe in the country.

    However they need not despair, as they are not alone in their fear and mistrust. It is the common ,hapless person on the street who is being hounded by the powers-that-be irrespective of her/his caste, creed or religion. How else do we explain the thrashing of the UPites and Biharis in Mumbai by the Shiv Sena and the Nav Nirman Sena in the name of purging Maharashtrian territory,( thus usurping the right of an Indian citizen to work in any part of the country), unleashing a wave of violence and hatred amongst members of the same religion.

    Or the vandalism by the saffron brigade during a recent painting exhibition of artist Manjit Singh in New Delhi . They not only smashed his paintings but manhandled him too, as they thought his works of art to be against Hindu culture.

    Or the barbaric burning to death of Rajni Majhi—a twenty year old Hindu girl in Orissa—whose only fault was that she was living in an orphanage run by Christian missionaries.

    Or the police firings on the poor farmers who dared to protest against the acquisition of their farmlands at ridiculously low prices by the Government in the name of economic development.

    Whether it is the heinous bomb blasts, or attacks on a particular minority community/ caste, or illegal coercion of farmers; the perpetrator is always the more powerful and the victim is the helpless poor. The new world order seems to have fuelled our brutal passion to tread upon the down trodden and to oppress the weak. It could be the State/executive against the minorities; the economically powerful industrialists against the poor farmers; the police excesses on the innocents. Everywhere it is the same blatant signature tune that I am racially/socially/economically superior to you.

    A few months ago the son of my sister’s domestic help was rounded by the police on a false complaint of theft, with no evidence whatsoever. When she approached a senior police officer, the charges against him were withdrawn, but his poor mother had to shell out a thousand rupees for his release. On top of it a police constable pestered him to name someone else for some other uncommitted crime, just to add numbers to the police record list. Even after his release, the boy and his mother are living in constant fear of the police. This is just one of the several cases which must be happening every day and we seem to have become immune to these indignities as long as they do not affect us directly.

    Isn’t the police terrorizing the common public with impunity and getting away with it?

    Aren’t the Bajrang Dal/ Shivsainiks/ political parties terrorizing the law abiding citizens and zealous missionaries and social activists( like Binayak Sen) for their narrow parochial gains?

    Isn’t the State machinery terrorizing us by usurping the fundamental rights of the common person by forcibly taking away his/her land and siphoning off funds earmarked for flood/ drought/ riot victims?

    Isn’t our army, deemed to be the custodians of law and order in troubled areas, violating the dignity of women and committing excesses against human rights?

    How often have seen traffic rules being broken with impunity and no action taken against the culprits; cases of road rage resulting in deaths;women being subjugated and treated like dirt ( that is if they are allowed to be born) for bringing insufficient dowry/ not producing a male child / daring to exercise their choices.

    All these are acts of terrorism unleashed on the weak and powerless by the strong and mighty. It is not just the Muslims, but about anyone and everyone without a political/ economic clout who are living in constant fear of the unbridled and brute force of the executive/ police/ judiciary. It is rare to find an influential person becoming a victim of any act of terrorism.

    It is time for the oppressed to stand up in solidarity against all forms of terrorism, irrespective of their faith and affiliations.

    The stupid (wo)man on the street ,who has been dumped by all, must stand up in non violent resistance and abide by the truth, ( just like the farmers of Jharkhand and villages adjoining New Delhi ).

    We may be grateful to have survived bomb attacks but our spirit is dying and needs to be resurrected.

17. Some Questions about the Counter-Terror Operation at Jamia Nagar, New Delhi

    A team comprising activists, academicians and journalists visited the site of the police operation against alleged terrorists staying in an apartment in Jamia Nagar in the afternoon of 20.09.2008 (Saturday). Two alleged terrorists Atif and Sajid, along with Mohan Chand Sharma, an inspector of the Delhi Police’s Special Cell died in the operation while a third alleged terrorist was arrested.

    On the basis of our interactions with the local residents, eye witnesses and the reports which have appeared in the media, we would like to pose the following questions:

    1) It has been widely reported (and not refuted by the Police) that in early August this year Atif, who is described by the Delhi Police as the mastermind behind the recent terrorist bombings in Jaipur, Ahmedabad and Delhi, underwent a police verification exercise along with his four roommates in order to rent the apartment they were staying in Jamia Nagar. All the five youth living in the apartment submitted to the Delhi police their personal details, including permanent address, driving license details, address of the house they previously stayed in, all of which were found to be accurate.

    Is it conceivable that the alleged kingpin behind the terrorist Indian Mujahideen outfit would have wanted to undergo a police verification- for whatever purpose- just a week after the Ahmedabad blasts and a month before the bombings in Delhi?

    2) The four-storeyed house L-18 in Jamia Nagar, where the alleged terrorists were staying, has only one access point, through the stair case, which is covered by an iron grill. It is impossible to leave the house except from the staircase. By all reports, the staircase was taken over by the Special Cell and/ or other agencies during the counter-terror operation. The house, indeed the entire block, was cordoned off at the time of the operation.

    How then was it then possible, as claimed by the police, for two alleged terrorists to escape the premises during the police operation?

    3) The media has quoted ’police sources’ as having informed them that the Special Cell was fully aware about the presence of dreaded terrorists, involved in the bombings in Jaipur, Ahmedabad and Delhi, staying in the apartment that was raided.

    Why was the late Inspector Mohan Chand Sharma, a veteran of dozens of encounter operations, the only officer in the operation not wearing a bullet proof vest? Was this due to over-confidence or is there something else to his mysterious death during the operation? Will the forensic report of the bullets that killed Inspector Sharma be made public?

    4) There are reports that towards the end of the counter-terror operation, some policemen climbed on the roof of L-18 and fired several rounds in the air. Other policemen were seen breaking windows and even throwing flower pots to the ground from flats adjacent or opposite to L-18

    Why was the police firing in the air and why did it indulge in destruction of property around L-18 after the encounter?

    5) The police officials claim that an AK-47 and pistols were recovered from L-18.

    What was the weapon that killed Inspector Sharma? Was the AK-47 used at all and by whom? Going by some reports that have appeared (see ’Times of India’, 20.09.08), the AK-47s have been used by the police only. Is it not strange that alleged terrorists did not use a more deadly and sophisticated weapon like the AK-47, which they purportedly possessed, preferring to use pistols?

    We feel that there are far too many loose ends in the current story of the police encounter at L-18 in Jamia Nagar. We demand that a fair, impartial and independent probe into the incident be initiated at the earliest to answer the above questions as also any other ones that arise from the contradictions of the case.

David — wish u tried to tie loose ends of ISLAM with the same enthusiasm — then world would have been peaceful place — there are far more loose ends in your Islamic teachings than in our army or police — Not just indai but whole world is understanding Islamic terrorism and how Muslims support it openly as well as behind closed doors…. biggest example is Kashmir and we pandits are the witness to it — please write to PM also about Bitta Karatay who killed innocent hindus — and the Govt decided to give deaf ears to us hindus — but they listen better to the pro-terrorist Islam — Always wondered why —- I am sure many will reply to ur open letter — it would be better if u mailed to PM rather than dump it in comments here —

    Bobby, London, England, says: Muslims are blaming others for the failure of the Muslim community to be tough on terrorists. What they forget is in each of these instances who started the conflicts? Muslims start the conflict and then when faced with the wrath of the victims who are not Muslim, they cry foul. Do they expect non-Muslims to tolerate their relatives being killed and sit quietly? Times have changed Hindus will fight back now, we will not be doormats. If Muslims want to live in peace they need to weed out the terrorist element in their own community. Stop blaming others for your problems. This terrorist element is also very present here in England and through out Europe. The basic problem I have seen with the Muslim community is most of them have no respect for people of other faiths. They feel they are superior to others and want to convert others. They need to learn respect for other religions. Muslims are discriminated in India? Please they have it good in India, look at Bollywood, look at Wipro(Muslim owner) look at the Kalam, president of India. Do you think this is possible in Pakistan or Bangladesh for a non-Muslim? A secular country means everyone is free to practice their religion, but that does NOT mean special privileges. In India Muslims are given privileges such as Haj subsidy and Christians Israel subsidy which is an insult to the Hindu community, which gets nothing though they make up over 85% of the tax base. I say no government subsidies for any religion.

    MUMBAI: For the first time in its 75-year history, Mumbai’s popular Ganesh idol known as Lalbaugcha Raja and its massive marquee have been insured for a whopping Rs.26.5 million (nearly $600,000).

    Another insurance policy of Rs.10 million has been taken for the 1.5 million devotees likely to visit the venue at Parel in central Mumbai during the 10-day long Ganesh Chaturthi festival.

    The festival, marking the birth of elephant-headed Hindu god Ganesh, started Wednesday.

    Ganesh idols are worshipped for 10 days and on the 11th, the statues are taken through the streets in processions accompanied with dancing, singing and fanfare to be immersed in sea, symbolising a ritual see-off of the god.

    According to Sunil Joshi, president of the Lalbaugcha Raja organisers, the insurance cover has been taken in view of security considerations for the devotees – comprising people from all over the state, foreign tourists, VVIPs, top industrialists and Bollywood personalities.

    “We have taken out two separate insurance policies from the private company, Bajaj Alliance, for which we have already paid a premium of Rs.140,000,” Joshi said.

    The Ganesh pandal – as the marquees are known, its decorations and lighting have been erected over the past two months at a cost of nearly Rs.26.5 million. In case of any mishap, this will be fully covered by the insurance company as per its usual terms and conditions.

    Similarly, the second component of Rs.10.1 million will provide cover to the huge crowds of devotees in case of any kind of accident.

    Although Joshi declined to comment on the reasons for this unprecedented decision, terrorist activities in neighbouring states like Gujarat and Karnataka could have prompted the organisers to go in for insurance.

    Mumbai’s most-awaited idol of Lord Ganesh – the 12-ft-tall Lalbaugcha Raja – arrived Sunday at its traditional venue in Parel.

    The organisers – Lalbaugcha Raja Sarvajanik Ganeshotsav Mandal (LRSGM) – made a special concession for the media on the occasion of the idol’s platinum jubilee, giving them a preview.

    Established in 1934, though LRSGM is not among the oldest in the city, it has been growing in popularity over the years.

    Devotees like Pushkar Damle, a social worker and businessman, said he makes it a point to go with his family every year and pay obeisance to Lalbaugcha Raja.

    “There is a certain divine feeling that we get there, it’s difficult to express it in words. It’s almost like performing a pilgrimage,” explained Damle, who lives in Thane.

    Recounting its origins, LRSGM secretary Sudhir Salvi said the Ganesh pandal and the nearby Parel market are located on land donated by a Muslim businessman, the late Rajjabali Tayyabali.

    In 1934, the idol was attired in the traditional dress of the local Koli fisher folk, who believed that their two-year prayers for a permanent marketplace was fulfilled because of prayers to Lord Ganesh.

    “Over the years, on certain occasions, Lalbaugcha Raja has been adorned in different attires. For instance, just prior to independence, in 1946, the idol was dressed as Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose,” Salvi said.

    The very next year, when Ganeshotsav was celebrated barely a month after India’s freedom on Aug 15, 1947, Lord Ganesh was dressed up like Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, free India’s first prime minister, and depicted as riding a bullock cart.

    The following year, when the country’s joys turned to mourning with the assassination of the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi, Lalbaugcha Raja was attired in his simple clothes, Salvi added.

    “There is an attempt to tell a historic story or commemorate an important national event whenever possible. Hence we occasionally deviate from the regular attire of Lord Ganesh,” Salvi explained.

    In 1946, despite bloody communal riots in the city, the organisers refused to change the route to take Lalbaugcha Raja for immersion to the historic Chowpatty beach in south Mumbai. Finally, the idol was taken for immersion only after 21 days, by the same route, with full security provided by its own volunteers.

    This time, Lalbaugcha Raja and the devotees are being provided round-the-clock security by over 2,000 volunteers throughout the 10-day festival.

    The umbrella organisation of 8,840 registered public Ganeshotsav associations, Brihanmumbai Sarvajanik Ganeshotsav Samanvaya Samiti (BSGSS), said insuring Ganesh pandals and devotees “is a positive step which can be emulated by others as per local needs”.

    BSGSS president Pandurang Jadhav said that the organisation had cautioned all Ganesh mandals two years ago to ensure adequate security devotees during the festival.

24. Pamposh – Accept it. It’s a reality that Hindus are selfish, unorganized and often coward (incl. myself). If problems could have resolved by maintaining peace then Paki issue (I don’t call Kashmir issue) would have been resolved decades ago. One person alone cannot make peace. For example, if I start slapping you and won’t stop, what would you do? Would you still maintain peace by not hitting me back?

    Talking about soldiers. In India, ordinary life has no value. Yes, Soldier’s life is ordinary for these politicians. Now a days, soldiers death is merely a number and nothing more. See the injustice meted out to soldiers in 6th pay commission.

    It’s time to spread Gita’s message amongst our family and kids:
    a) This body is not who we are. ‘Aatma’ never dies and all this relations are nothing but ‘Maya’.

    Dear IntellectualWarfare12:

    Science, law, and medicine are all noble causes. However, peace is the noblest of all causes. Millions of lives are destroyed through war and the agony that it causes is incalculable. What motivates me is peace. When I was a child the pictures of human sufferings in war perturbed me a lot. The passage of time has not numbed my senses and those scenes still trouble me.

    I thought war is such a senseless thing. I could not understand why people fight and what motivates them to kill. It just made no sense. I wanted to know why there is so much hatred in the world.

    I found a prayer that used to be said by San Francisco. I fell in love with it, memorized it, and used to recite it every day. Here is that prayer:

    Lord, make me an instrument of your peace;
    where there is hatred, let me sow love;
    when there is injury, pardon;
    where there is doubt, faith;
    where there is despair, hope;
    where there is darkness, light;
    and where there is sadness, joy.
    Grant that I may not so much seek
    to be consoled as to console;
    to be understood, as to understand,
    to be loved as to love;
    for it is in giving that we receive,
    it is in pardoning that we are pardoned,
    and it is in dying [to ourselves] that we are born to eternal life.

    When I grew up I realized that people hate and fight not for money or land but because of false beliefs. They kill with clarity of conscience, thinking that they are being righteous. These false beliefs are racial, political or religious. Irrespective of their genre, when a belief foments hate, it is necessarily false. Humans do not hate naturally. Toddlers have no prejudice towards each other and play with one another fondly. They have no concept of race, class, ideology or religion. They are taught to hate as they grow up.

    When I read the Quran and felt blood dripping from every verse of it, when I saw that Islam reduces humans into beasts and makes monsters out of good people, when it became clear to me that there is NOTHING good in Islam and that it is all evil, I knew what I had to do. The time for praying was over and now it was the time for action. The “Lord” had shown me the way to live up to my prayer. I found the way to become an instrument of peace, to sow love, to practice faith, to herald hope, to shed light of understanding and to bring joy to saddened hearts. I found a way to do all that namelessly, without expecting rewards or recognition. I made it my mission to put an end to this big lie and to eradicate this doctrine of hate by speaking the truth.

    Many people who disliked Muslims for what they do, have come to forgive them, for now they know that Muslims do evil out of ignorance. They are victims of a nefarious faith that is inculcated in them since childhood, from which they have no escape. I made their dislike give way to compassion and understanding.

    I am now fulfilling my childhood prayer, word by word.

    To bring peace, it is necessary to eliminate hate. There is nothing more hate mongering than Islam. This doctrine is more evil than Nazism and communism. It inspires more hatred and causes more division than either one of these ideologies that are also hate based. Islam is more insidious because it claims to be from God. It is this added lie that has given it longevity. As Hitler used to say, the bigger the lie, the more believable it becomes. Islam is the biggest deception ever.

    The question of how one can eradicate the faith of a billion plus people who are willing to die and kill for their belief has never occurred to me. The answer was obvious all along. Islam is a lie and all it takes to dismantle a lie is truth. It does not matter how dark is the night; darkness can’t withstand light. In fact the darker it is the more vulnerable it becomes. Even a candle can pierce the heart of the darkest night.

    I had prayed for faith. That too was granted to me. I have strong faith, not in fairytales and hocus pocus, but in goodness, in love and in truth. I have faith that if given the chance, goodness will triumph over evil, love will overcome hate and truth will demolish lies.

    I do not believe that goodness will win automatically. In fact it is evil that wins by default. I do not think truth will prevail by itself. It must be told and defended. For the light of the truth to shine, it is necessary that the clouds of lies dissipate. If the gardener neglects the garden, weeds will suffocate the flowers. Someone must tell the truth. Someone must stand for what is right and fight the evil. It is not difficult to distinguish between truth and falsehood. Nonetheless, truth must be upheld or lies will win.

    The proponents of lies are always active. They are virulent and relentless. Light is more powerful than darkness but someone must hold the torch high and protect its light. Just as evil has an army of fools that operate though ignorance, the lovers of truth must also stand for what they believe, form their ranks and hoist their standard high. The battle between good and evil is a constant. This is an ancient truth. We have been fooled to disregard it. We have been deluded by our misguided political correctness and mistaken multiculturalism. Evil is always evil. If we do not weed it out constantly, it will take over.

    I am convinced that the days of Islam are numbered; that this doctrine of hate is at its death throes. Do not let its size fool you; Islam is like a tower, erected on sand duns. All it takes to demolish it is to expose its foundation and let the lies that are supporting it blow away. This edifice cannot be remodeled. You can never reform Islam. It is firmly built on lies. You can only demolish it by exposing those lies and by telling the truth about the despicable and shameful character of its pedophile, rapist founder.

    Reforming Islam is an exercise in futility. It is impossible and it will frustrate the efforts of those who try it. By trying to reform Islam you validate it. This was what Rumi and other benighted Muslim sears did. The Persians were more sophisticated and had a richer culture than their Arab conquerors. They could not stomach the absurdities of the primitive religion that was imposed on them. Not daring to reject it sulla pena di morte, they used their genius to reinterpret it and gave esoteric meanings to its blatantly asinine and banal concepts. They donned that brute with silken philosophies, and masked its ugly face with borrowed mysticism. Thus, they fooled themselves, mislead others and breathed a new life into the fetid corpse of this Arab cult. They envisioned a mirage in the barren desert of Islam and gave to the gullible false hopes.

    It is foolish to believe that there are many forms of Islam. Islam is one, even though each Muslim interprets it in his own way. Only one interpretation is correct and that is the one that is closest to the thinking of Muhammad. The Salafis are closest to the truth. That is the Islam of Bin Laden and other jihadis. The oxymoronic “moderate Muslims” are merely fooling themselves. By upholding Islam they also validate it. They validate its terrorism even though they claim not to agree with it. These befogged so called moderates are far more dangerous than their terrorist brothers. The terrorists kill a few, while these misguided “moderates” prolong the lie of Islam and perpetuate the hatred and division of mankind for centuries to come.

    Islam is a cult invented by a narcissist psychopath. It was a tool for a highway robber to enrich himself by giving the foolhardy, bogus promises of the afterlife and make him do his biddings to the point of self sacrifice. What is there to reform in Islam and why? If it is good why reform it and if it is bad why keep it? Why worship a plunderer mass murderer? Isn’t that foolish? It is stupid to tolerate this much stupidity. We must end this insanity by telling the truth and not by sugarcoating an old lie with more lies.

    Islam will be eradicated, if we decide that it should be. Things do not happen by themselves. In human sphere humans are in charge. The Meccans had the chance to nip in the bud this evil, but they didn’t. Thus evil triumphed. At any time in history people had the chance to get rid of Islam, but they didn’t. Today this plague is threatening the world peace and the survival of human civilization. It is either one or the other. Either millions, mostly Muslims, will perish in a nuclear holocaust or Muslims will take over the world through over-bearding. Then they will end human civilization and mankind will revert to barbarity. Today we have a golden opportunity to eradicate Islam – an opportunity that never existed before and will end if Muslims become powerful enough to silence their critics as they are doing in UK, India and some other non-Muslim countries. Whether we take advantage of this opportunity or let it slip out of our hands is up to us. We do not have much time left. Muslims are becoming more numerous and consequently bullier by day.

    Islam will be eradicated if we spread the truth. It is the truth that will set us free. For this to happen we need millions of dedicated souls who take upon themselves to soldier this cause. We need torchbearers and light givers.

    We humans are the authors of our own reality. The reality that we live today is what we projected yesterday and what we project today will determine our reality tomorrow. Things will happen only when we believe in them. The world is not an illusion. It is real. Its pains and sufferings are real. But they are the outcome of our own thinking. This is the world that we built with our own thinking. We can change it, but first we must change our thinking.

    Imagine a world without hatred. A world where there are no racial, class, caste and religious animosity. If you can imagine such a world, and if you pass that dream to others so they can envision it too, it won’t take long before you can actually see that dream come true. Everything that is a reality today was once in the realm of imagination. Someone had envisioned it; someone had thought about it and passed that thought to others who expanded it until it eventually took the form of reality. Everything in our world is the product of our imagination. We are masters of our own destiny.

    Islam was a dream of a psychopath. His insane dream materialized because he believed in it. He passed his raving ideas to others who mindlessly believed and perpetuated them to this day. We can stop this insanity by having a different dream – the dream of unity of mankind. Believe in it and pass it on and strive to achieve it with religious fervor. Have faith in its realization and confidence that we will be victorious. Reality starts in our minds. Only believers will succeed. Those who have faith will win.

    You ask me why I am so passionate. It is because I am aware of the power of faith. We are waging a war against the insanity of a billion misinformed souls who religiously believe in a lie and are willing to kill and die for it. We can’t afford to doubt. We can’t vacillate and falter. Only if you believe in our success and are motivated, can you motivate others.

    Islam can and will be defeated in our own lifetime. I believe that humans are naturally good. Muslims are a part of humanity. They are not evil by nature, but live in darkness. All you have to do to help them out of this darkness is become a torch bearer and illumine their path to freedom.

    What make Islam survive are lies. Lies such as, “Islam means peace” and “Don’t blame Islam for the bad deeds of Muslims”, are what prolong this evil doctrine. If we fight these lies with truth soon Islam will be defeated.

    Recently the British government decided to call Islamic terrorism, “anti Islamic activity.” The architect of this supreme idiocy is Home Secretary, Jacqui Smith. This brain damaged woman thinks that by giving a new name to Islamic Jihad she can fool Muslims, as if she knows Islam better. She wants to play reverse psychology with faithful believers who will laugh at her naiveté. Can one become any stupider than this?

    If you are shocked by this much lack of common sense wait till you hear what Hazel Blears, UK’s Communities Secretary has done. In last October, she gave £70 million in Government funds to Muslim groups to “help tackle extremism.” Yes, you read it right. She gave seventy million pounds to Muslims to make them disregard Islam and love UK instead. This is like giving money to the Mafia to fight crime. How can one promote Islam and fight it at the same time? This much stupidity, is mind boggling.

    This is what Muhammad taught:

    “An intelligent person is one who is constantly thinking about and preparing for death.”

    “It is better for a man that a steel nail be driven through the center of his head rather than if he touches the palm of a strange women.”

    How can one fight extremism without discrediting Muhammad and making Muslims realize that that man was a liar? Should Muslims listen to western women (whom they call whores) to tell them about Islam or to their prophet? All that money will make Islam stronger in UK and that means more extremism and more terrorism. Just wait and see. Blood of innocent people will run and their body parts will blow apart because of the foolish actions of these two deficient in intelligence women. Why these ignoramuses do not read the Quran to see that the source of Islamic terrorism is that book and to fight it one must outlaw Islam and not promote it? Why some people prefer to hide their heads in the sand and seek their salvation in lies? These two women should be charged with treason and the Labor Party should be banned. Ignorance is a valid excuse, but there is no excuse when it is this colossal. My blood boils when I see this much folly. This is like funding the Nazi Party to encourage Hitler to abandon his war plans. How can such harebrain people become ministers? These two idiots must be pilloried and spitted at.

    Stupidity apart there is a lot of ignorance surrounding Islam. We can’t make stupid people wise, but we can reduce their ignorance. It is up to ordinary people such as us to wake up the masses. Ignorance is not bliss; it is deadly. Ignorant politicians will sell out our countries to our enemies. It is up to us to put an end to this ignorance.

    The only thing that dampens the zealotry of jihadis is defeat, while victory emboldens them and makes them more resolute. This whole Islamic insanity has its roots in the success of the Islamic revolution in Iran. Millions of Muslims celebrated and their faith increased after Bin Laden’s success in attacking America and killing thousands of people with such an ease. On the other hand many Muslims vacillated after that scum was sacked from Afghanistan and like a rat had to seek refuge in a hole. Giving money to Muslims, or buying their taqiyyah tactic that Islamic terrorism is anti Islamic activity, is interpreted as success by Muslims and this only will increase their faith that Islam is on the verge of winning and Jihad must be intensified.

    We can eradicate Islam, but first we must believe that it can be done. To do that, we need both knowledge and faith. We need to face the truth and also have confidence in our success. Nothing is impossible, except that the state of our mind makes it so. All doors are open to us, except those that we close.

    Islam will be defeated only if we believe it. Do not be fooled by the sweet lies of “moderate Muslims”. There is no such thing as moderate Islam or moderate Muslim. These so called moderates are either ignorant of Islam or hypocrites who try to pull the wool over your eyes. Do not listen to them. Do not encourage their deceptive talk. Accept nothing short of the total eradication of Islam. This disease must be wiped out. There can’t be a moderate Islam just as there is no such thing as healthy disease or sensible insanity. Islam is extreme. To fight Islamic extremism you have to fight Islam. There is no middle ground. Either you eradicate Islam or Islam will eradicate you. The choice is yours.

    The fact is that our apostle was a very successful terrorist, the likes of whom the world had not seen nor will they ever see, and he was darned proud of it.

    Only terrorism works. That is how Muslims conquered most of the world in the record time of 100 years. And God willing that is the only way we can conquer the world again, Inshallah.

    A HUMILIATING FABRICATED HADITH

    There is a humiliating story is quoted by all Muslims, to show our prophet was kind and please the kafirs. It is about a deranged old Jewish woman who used to throw garbage over our great apostle every day as he passed by her house. They say that the apostle one day did not see the woman and upon enquiry he found out that she was sick. So he went to pay her a visit and showed her kindness. What a lie! How could a man who cut throats for excitement take that kind of abuse lying down (The only thing he took lying down in his life was his child wife, 9 year old Ayesha, who was too tiny to handle his hefty weight in the traditional missionary position. Our prophet was against missionaries).

    That story belongs to Abdul Baha, the prophet of the najis Bahais and a courageous Arab woman in Akka and not to our holy prophet. Such story does not exist in any hadith. It is plagiarized to make our holy prophet look weak. He was a courageous man. He ordered the assassination of a Jewish woman only because she had composed poetries against him. Would he let a Jewess throw garbage at him and then go and pay her a visit?.

    Narrated ‘Abdullah:

    Allah’s Apostle said, “The blood of a Muslim cannot be shed except in three cases: In Qisas for murder, a married person who commits illegal sexual intercourse and the one who reverts from Islam (apostate) and

    leaves the Muslims.”

    Ali burnt some people alive (former muslims)., Prophet had said, ‘If somebody (a Muslim) discards his religion, kill him.’ ” Bukhari: 4.52.260

    I have heard lots of muslims here say Islam means peace. I am trying to find where in Islam it is peace — or is there some other quran “peaceful” that we or Ali Sina missed.

    I was reading through the chapter ( Tauba…. ) Couldn’t believe all it has is killings and violence.

    Hope I explained my stand. …. looking for peaceful books of Islam and cant find one…. all i hear is Islam is peace and we interpret it wrongly and out of context …. I think that is crap….. We never tell them u interpret our books out of context…. our books are written by saints and sages…. but they have peace in them

55. I have tears in my eyes everytime I think about you people being forced to leave your homeland. I dont disagree that many of us were to an extent responsible for that henious act, but not all. However, the whole process of exodus was catalysed by
    Jagmohan.

    I am a personal witness to one of my Dad’s KP friend coming to our home and telling us to also leave for Jammu for a couple of months. He said that the coming months were going to be dreaded but there would be normalcy after three months. This is what Jagmohan had probably promised the community.

    His plan was to allow each separatist to cross the border and kill him on return. Otherwise, you tell me, with such a heavy army guard under his rule, how was it possible for young boys and men to board buses and trucks from Lalchowk for border in broad daylight? Anyone will tell you these were common sights during those days.

    He had kept army buses and trucks busy evacuating the city of all KPs.

    He wanted to “cleanse” the valley of all antinational elements. He wanted to protect KPs “isolating” them untill such period he finished his job.

    Even Dr. Farooq Abdullah has went on record to endorse this theory.

    1. Muslim population in India is about 15 Crores. At the most, all terrorists put together that belong to our religion (at least namesake, as terrorists don’t have any religion) would not be more than 2,000 (0.001%). Now you might say (which I don’t agree), that local Muslims support them, let us say this population is another 20,000 (10 times!!!), it would still be just 0.011%. Isn’t it unfair to brand the rest of 99.99% of the community as terrorists?
    2. Have you ever heard of Christian terrorism? (In 1946, the Manhattan Engineer District published a study that concluded that 66,000 people were killed at Hiroshima out of a population of 255,000. Of that number, 45,000 died on the first day and 19,000 during the next four months. In addition, “several hundred” survivors were expected to die from radiation-induced cancers and lukemia over the next 30 years. (This report is also known as the Oughterson Commission study.)
    3. Or Hindu terrorism
    a. At least 384 persons including 129 civilians, 162 security forces and 93 alleged Naxalites have been killed in the Naxal conflict during January to September 2007. The highest number of killings were reported from Chhattisgarh (208), followed by Andhra Pradesh (59), Jharkhand (44) and Bihar (28). The Naxal conflict has serious implications on the enjoyment of human rights
    b. According to Home Affairs Annual Report 2005-6, 76 districts in the 9 States of Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Orissa, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal are badly affected by Naxal violence though in varying degrees. Nevertheless, unofficially 13 states, including targeted, are affected. Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Gujarat are coming under the Naxalite affected map.
    c. At least 60 Christians have been killed over the past two months in eastern India in a brutal backlash to the murder of a revered Hindu holy man, a national bishops’ body said Friday. “Claiming that the situation in Kandhamal and elsewhere in Orissa was well under control, the state government on Monday said at least 558 houses and 17 places of worship were burnt in communal riots after VHP leader Swami Laxmanananda Saraswati’s killing on August 23.”

    I could probably go on and on and include as many religions that exist. Every religion has black sheep. You cannot and must not brand the entire religion as terrorists..

    On why Muslims didnt oppose Exodus:

    That was a time of dreaded terrorism. No one dared to even whisper anything against the terrorists. Leave common man, even the forces were scared. Even if an Armywallah used to pee on the roadside, 5-6 gunmen used to guard him.

    At such a point, how could anyone expect anyone to help. Even for Muslims who were killed by the terrorists, the entire family was labeled as “Gaddaar” or “Mukhbir” and people, even their neighbours and friends used to distance themselves from them, fearing to be labeled as “Gaddaars” or “Mukhbirs”

    To further catalyse the exodus, Jagmohan left no stone unturned.
