Jammu – Victory Against Islamic Fanaticism
‘The shrine board will now exclusively use the land during the pilgrimage period’
The resilient and tolerant Jammu region won the first phase of its battle for assertion late tonight after Government agreed to set aside 800 kanals of land exclusively for the Shri Amarnath Yatra Shrine Board to be used for raising facilities for the pilgrims three months every year. The two month long agitation, spearheaded by Shri Amarnath Yatra Sangharsh Samiti and supported by more than 70 other organizations is all set to be called off on Sunday afternoon after rally being organized by the Samiti.
Details of pact between Amarnath Samiti and govt panel
Following is the text read out by Governor’s adviser S S Bloeria and Shri Amarnath Sangarsh Samiti convener Leela Karan Sharma during a joint press conference soon after the forth round of talks concluded during the wee hours here.
1. The Shri Amarnathji Yatra, which has been going on for many centuries, is a shining symbol of communal harmony and brotherhood in Jammu & Kashmir and reflective of the state’s composite heritage. The yatris have been welcomed with open arms by the people of both Jammu and Kashmir divisions and all required facilities have been made available for them.
Sadly, certain decisions of the state government relating to the yatra created misunderstandings which led to controversy and agitation and loss of many precious lives. Apart from the damage to property, there has been a colossal loss to the state’s economy in different sectors like transport, trade, industry, horticulture and tourism.
2. The yatra to Shri Amarnathji Shrine has traditionally benefited a large number of local residents, many of whom have crucial dependence on this annual pilgrimage for their livelihood.
3. There has been no occasion in the past on which the state government has failed to provide the required support for the conduct of the Amarnathji Yatra. On the contrary, the extent and nature of governmental support to the yatra has been progressively enhancing, from year to year.
4. In view of the need to seek a peaceful resolution of the fundamental issues, to settle all existing doubts and clarify the continuing responsibility of the Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board (SASB), the Governor of Jammu and Kashmir had constituted, on 6 August, 2008, a four-member Committee comprising: Dr. S. S. Bloeria, Advisor to Governor Justice (Retd) Shri G. D. Sharma Prof. Amitabh Mattoo, Vice Chancellor, University of Jammu Shri B. B. Vyas, Principal Secretary to Governor and Chief Executive Officer, Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board.
5. The Committee held three rounds of discussions with the four-member Committee nominated by the Shri Amarnathji Yatra Sangharsh Samiti (SAYSS) which comprised:-
Shri Tilak Raj Sharma Brif (Retd) Suchet Singh Prof. Narinder Singh Shri Pawan Kohli
6. The Governor has also held discussions with the leaders of political, social, religious, academic and other organizations in the Kashmir Valley. The predominant view, emerging out of the consultations, is that the Amarnathji Yatra, which is a centuries old tradition of J&K’s rich composite heritage, will continue to be welcomed and supported by the people of Kashmir, in every possible way.
It was also felt that while the Shrine Board could continue to use the land, as in the past, for yatra purposes, nothing should be done to alienate or transfer the land. While an assuring convergence of views has emerged, the Governor is committed to continuing the consultative process to ensure against any remaining misunderstanding whatsoever on an issue which has earlier led to serious misperceptions and human and economic loss.
Based on detailed discussions and deliberations held in the recent weeks, the following framework of action for resolving the issue relating to the use of land for the period of yatra by the Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board, at Baltal and Domail, has been agreed to:-A. The State Government shall set aside for the use by Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board, exclusively, the land in Baltal and Domail (Compartment No. 63/S, Sindh Forest Division) comprising an area of 800 kanals, traditionally under use for the annual yatra purposes.
B. The proprietary status/ownership/title of the land shall not undergo any change.
C. The Board shall use the aforesaid land for the duration of the yatra (including the period of making the required arrangements and winding up of the same) for the purpose of user by various service providers according to its needs and priorities.
The aforesaid land shall be used according to the Board’s requirements, from time to time, including for the following:-
i) Raising of temporary pre-fabricated accommodation and toilet facilities by the Board;
ii) Establishment of tented accommodation by private camping agencies (locals, permanent residents of the state);
iii) Setting up of the shops by shopkeepers (locals, permanent residents of the state);
iv) Facilities for Pony Wallas and Pithu Wallas;
v) Provision of healthcare and medical facilities;
vi) Setting up of free Langars by private persons and groups which are licensed by the Board;
vii) Facilities for helicopter operations/ parking of vehicles;
viii) Arrangements of security by local police/para-military forces and other security agencies as per the arrangements in place here-to-fore; and
ix) Undertaking measures relating to soil conservation, land protection and preservation of ecology.
The authorities have imposed curfew in Jammu as terrorists have again been sighted in Chinore Area of Jammu . A proposed “Victory Rally” of Shri Amarnath Sangarsh Samiti too seemed to be under threat of terrorists.
And finally i wanted to give a final one to likes of Sajjad Lone , Mehbooba Mufti , Syed Ali Shah Geelani , Bilal Lone , Yasin Malik, Javed Nalka ( Mir ) , etc …..all these who were opposing the facilities to Amarnath pilgrims and who got the Govt to reverse its earlier decision to reverse the land transfer. These fanatics thought that they can always dominate the hindus and other secular peace loving people of Jammu & Kashmir state for ever. They never imagined that the strike would finally be successful after 62 days. This picture below is for each one of them individually.And all these times they used to taunt us with words like ” if you have the guts…take an inch of land” ………. they stand defeated.

Amarnath shrine is a symbol of kashmiri culture of communal harmony. The affairs of the shrine and yatra must remain a sole responsibility of the people of Kashmir in order to continue the age old tradition of yatra in harmony. Hindu extremists like Jana Sangh, BJP, Shiv Sena, Bajrang Dal from Jammu should not be given any role in the management of the shrine for carrying out their communal agenda.
In terms of the Constitution of J&K (SEC. 25) the Government cannot promote activities of a particular religion or religious activity. Hence the Government should have no role in the management of the Shrine Board. However, it is the responsibility of the Government to provide all the required facilities for people attending functions of religious nature like pilgrimage etc. Hence the Government should own the responsibility for all the facilities and amenities for the yatris including travel, shelter, security, medical facilities, sanitation and last but not the least protection of environment. The role of the Shrine Board should remain sole confined to the religious ceremony, rituals at the shrine proper and finances of the shrine. The Shrine Board should not be allowed to play a negative role of spreading communal hatred, grabbing forest land and destroying environment in the name of religion.
The Jammu people especially the Hindu extremists, who are spearheading the agitation for having a total control on the economic benefits of the yatra, have no locus standi to be a part of the Amarnath Shrine Board and no such arrangement will be acceptable to the people of Kashmir who are real the guardians of the Amarnath Shrine.
We have discovered this shrine.

Unfortunate!
We should not celebrate for acquiring temporary rights of small piece of land measuring only 800 canals, that too for only a quarter of a year, keeping in mind that already Kashmiri Hindu community has lost every thing when we left our mother land in a brazen condition. Think about a son who’s mother has been ailing and he, for his personal gains, leaves his ailing mother behind at the mercy of nature to live his full comfortable life elsewhere. Don’t you feel ashamed? Why don’t we realize that we have very badly abused our motherland and our karms as Kashmiri Hindus were so good to buy the wrath of Lord Shiva who despite his omnipresence and being very close to us, preferred to kick us out from our own motherland. Just think about this and feel ashamed for a while. Since then, every now and then we have been trying to blame our muslim brothers in the valley for the deeds for which we ourselves have been responsible. As a result, this time, to take revenge from Kashmiri Muslim Community, whom we blame for our recent past, we were able to play the Baltal Land card to exploit the emotions of a particular Jammu based community to the extent that they took the forefront in the crises without thinking about the consequences, but, this is not the end of the game. We must keep in mind that we can befool a person or a community once, twice or at the most thrice but not all the times and we must imagine once our deeds are exposed – where we would be landing next time? because already we have left our Janam Boomi (Mother Kashmir) devastated and definitely we would not afford to repeat the same with Jammu. Keep thinking and behave like a real Pandit, if not like Chanakya! Thanks.

The inferiority complex of being a bad loser has made some Kashmir made people write under an assumed hindu name and are now trying to create a wedge between hindus based in Jammu.
Just look at the above comment. The guy has posed as a Kashmiri Hindu but the fool ended up writing his real name, Rashid Khan in the end.
What they have forgotten is that not only are Dogra Hindu and Kashmiri Hindu united more strongly now , but the sikhs ,christians and Gujjar Muslims of Jammu are also with Dogras and Kashmiri Hindus.
Jammu is an example of secularism and unity, Kashmir is communal.

Hi guys,
I want to apeal to the people of all the three regions of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh that come what may we have to live and die here, whether we do it fighting or live in harmony, it is our choice.
At the outset I must admit that there are atrocities being comitted on the people of Kashmir. But Kashmiris must realise that it all started when the voices of separatism and fundamentalism were raised in the valley. Once Pakistan stops sending militants across the border, India will send its army back to Barracks.
We must admit one fact that India has fought so many wars with Pakistan over Kashmir and under no circumstances would India let it go. Moreover it is for the people of Kashmir to think whether they are secured with a secular democracy and vibrant economy of India or with medivial thinking and shattered economy of Pakistan.
Also, people of Kashmir were known all over the world for ‘Kashmiriyat’ which was the mix of Sufi and Rishi culture, but today they are compared to the wahabi tradition which is in reality alien to them. It is for the kashmiris to think whether they want ‘Nizam-e-musthafa’ or ‘Kashmiriyat.’
I would end by saying if there is any ‘kashmiriyat’ left in the minds of Kashmir people, they will never oppose the land transfer to the Shrine Board.

i have a firm belief that what is talked of so fondly as “Kashmiriyat” is actually nothing special but “Humanity” and the core of the phrase known as “Live and Let Live”…
which one can find in India everywhere …. albeit there are frictions here and there …. just as there are everywhere in this world … the whole human race cannot be sanyasi’s ….. but co existence is possible …
for me the term “Kashmiriyat” died when kashmiri moslems took to arms and terrorism and forced the kashmiri hindus out of the valley ….
so anybody talkin about “Kashmiriyat” is really talkin about extinct “dinosaurs” ….. its very intriguing but its dead …. one would rather see an alive “mouse” …. than “kashmiriyat”….

Jehadis, islamists, terrorists and their pamperer psuedo secular politicians, media have not fully understood what has hit them.
I will put this epic uprising of Jammu very close to Ramjanmabhoomi Movement- a worthy successor. This is the biggest mass uprising.

now the world knows that kashmiri moslems are serpentine creatures with no human dignity ….

Congratulations to All JnK people
Its good to see that normalcy has been rstrored in Jammu region and once people of kashmir will read the full agreement they will understand that this was in everyone’s favor. I was in Jammu on sunday when this was announced. It was heart rendering to see people celebrating it like a festival with candles and sweets. Another good thing, it was all happiness of getting the right decision passed. In none of the celebrations I could see a hatred for kashmir, when asked to few poeple they said its victory of truth over myth created by PDP and Hurriyat.
I would like to mention that same land and same intentions were there before i.e. temporary use of land for yatra period. It was deliberately mis informed to people of valley by poilical parties ,without naming them directly, to gain political mileage.
We must understand it was not a fight between Hindu and Muslim or Jammu vs Kashmir, but a exagrated situation caused by misleading statements by few individuals.
Its a victory of all all followers of BABA AMARNATH JI and state subjects of Jnk who will be relieved of all miseries and tortures which they under went in past few months. Jammuites and Kashimiri’s need to understand now that politicians have used and will use them for their vested interest. It is the time for them to unite and work for development of state rather than indulging in fruitless tu-tu mein-mein.
I would request all to support filing a PIL (public interest litigation) against PDP and ask for its degistrations as political party for instigating hatred among people.
Hurriyat need no introduction or elaboration on their deeds. So lets dig them where they should belong and lets PRAY FOR HAPPY AND DEVELOPED JnK.
I would request all real Kashmiri’s to come and celebrate with us what is a victory for whole state and defeat for people spreading hatred.
It’s shameful to see that even after clear indication of land use, Hurriyat and PDP still have problems. Real problem is gaining political mileage and let people die.
CONGRATS to all who supported this cause and even to people who were misled. Its not they were opposing us, they were opposing based on deliberate misinformation, which is the root of all this hatred.
It would be unfair by not remebering people who lost their lives in this struggle. We salute to their sacrifice and they will always stay alive in our hearts.
Lets Unite and make Jnk a real heaven as it is always potrayed.

we all have to remain united and do whatever we can to bring a nationalist government headed by BJP at centre this time ….
all this would not have happened if the congress government at centre had not bucked under the seperatist propoganda ….
al that was needed was to tell the valley people through the government that there is no “permanent transfer” ….
but this WAS NOT DONE ….
this led to a turmoil …

Jammu: Hailing the Amarnath accord as a victory of the people of Jammu region, former BJP ideologue Govindacharya today said the agitation over the shrine land row was the biggest mass movement in post-independent India.
“The agitation was governed not by any political leader but by an issue. It was the biggest mass movement in country’s post-independent history,” he told reporters here.

Apostle of God used to clean himself after defecation using only odd number of stones. That is the sunna (examples set by Muhammad). Muslims living in U.S. can go to Home Depot and buy a bag of gravel for this purpose (the used gravel can be good landscaping material).
Bukhari Volume 1, Book 4, Number 163:
Narrated Abu Huraira:
Allah’s Apostle said, ” whoever cleans his private parts with stones should do so with odd numbers. And whoever wakes up from his sleep should wash his hands before putting them in the water for ablution, because nobody knows where his hands were during sleep.”
NEVER USE BONES OR ANIMAL DUNG AFTER DEFECATING
Jinns love to eat bones and dried animal dung. They don’t appreciate the contamination of their favourite delicacy with fecal matter and can pounce on the next guy they find sitting and defecating.
Bukhari Volume 5, Book 58, Number 200:
Narrated Abu Huraira:
That once he was in the, company of the Prophet carrying a water pot for his ablution and for cleaning his private parts. While he was following him carrying it (i.e. the pot), The Prophet said, “Bring me stones in order to clean my private parts, and do not bring any bones or animal dung.”
“What about the bone and the animal dung?” He said, “They are of the food of Jinns. The delegate of Jinns of (the city of) Nasibin came to me–and how nice those Jinns were–and asked me for the remains of the human food. I invoked Allah for them that they would never pass by a bone or animal dung but find food on them.”
HOW TO URINATE
You must keep your right hand clean to hold Quran.
Bukhari Volume 1, Book 4, Number 156:
Narrated Abu Qatada:
The Prophet said, “Whenever anyone of you urinates he should not hold his penis or clean his private parts with his right hand.
WASH YOUR NOSE FROM INSIDE IN THE MORNING
In the morning wash your nose from inside as Satan urinates and defecates inside while spending the night there. Otherwise you will have runny nose all day besides possible nose infections.
Volume 4, Book 54, Number 516:
Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet said, “If anyone of you rouses from sleep and performs the ablution, he should wash his nose by putting water in it and then blowing it out thrice, because Satan has stayed in the upper part of his nose all the night.”
WASH YOUR EARS FROM INSIDE IF YOU WAKE UP LATE
If you wake up late in the morning and miss the fajr prayer, Satan who spends the night in your nose walks out and urinates in your ears. It results in ear infection.
Bukhari Volume 2, Book 21, Number 245:
Narrated ‘Abdullah :
A person was mentioned before the Prophet (p.b.u.h) and he was told that he had kept on sleeping till morning and had not got up for the prayer. The Prophet said, “Satan urinated in is ears.”
Bukhari Volume 4, Book 54, Number 492:
Narrated ‘Abdullah:
It was mentioned before the Prophet that there was a man who slept the night till morning (after sunrise). The Prophet said, “He is a man in whose ears (or ear) Satan had urinated.”

“Abraham was tested with ten Islamic practices: rinsing the mouth, cleansing nostrils with water, trimming the mustache, using a toothstick, plucking the armpit (ouch), paring nails, washing finger joints, circumcision, shaving pubic hair, and washing the rear and vulva.”
WOMEN MUST BE SHAVED
A shaved woman makes a tired husband after a long journey very happy.
Bukhari Volume 7, Book 62, Number 173:
Narrated Jabir bin ‘Abdullah:
The Prophet said, “If you enter (your town) at night (after coming from a journey), do not enter upon your family till the woman whose husband was absent (from the house) shaves her pubic hair .”
WOMEN MUST BE CIRCUMCISED
Circumcision keeps a woman from doing hanky panky thus protecting her from hellfire.
Sunan Abu Dawud Book 41, Number 5251:

A woman used to perform circumcision in Medina . The Prophet (peace_be_upon_him) said to her: Do not cut severely as that is better for a woman and more desirable for a husband.

The trouble in kashmir is past conquest.Dr ishaq khan says islam spread through lozic and reason and put blame of conversion squarely on the shoulders of NUND RESHI.According to him Sayyid Hmdaniand other missionaries to kashmir were godly. Watch out for impearilism in the story, foreginers are gods and locals are good for nothing .Dr.Mohd AHSRAF WANI says that pandits were different than ordinary Kashmiris. The motive of course ,is to make kashmir fit case of conquest.He tries to give impression that SAYYIDS and other settlers on the landscape of kashmir were closer to average kashmirs. Had that beeb true Bhat and kaul form the surmane of muslims and they are pandits.They should be given back to kashmiri pandits..
